The system for the immortals to enter the vault def is so bad, sitting there for 2hrs and trying to win a game “who’s click faster”. Definetly need an improvement to make it que-like, like at bg or smt. And be available from any point in the world.

I agree with this, the game needs a lot of improvements and bug fixes.
Another issue it’s that shadows every 5 minutes stole from our vault, at the weekend we dont get nothing and we are fighting 4h / day. Sometimes we can join because some bad features or bugs

On other side its even hard for attackers to do some progress, if you go through entire vault and in the end you defeat last boss, all has been won and while you wanna go out of vault after all done then unexpectably come immortals (usualy higher level players) and insta kill you in front of exit portal … ?!

Indeed, I agree.
Anyway I think that almost the whole Immortal contents and mechanics should be reworked, they seemed designed - patched on last minute.
Also the management of clans and the social part are clunky and lacklustre.
Surely vault defend is the first system as prio to improve.
