I have no idea what to do at this point. I can’t write on US forums, so I’ll put it here, although it seems dead.
I had a case improperly handled by Game Master Daerdrin. In short, I had a Drakebreaker’s Shiv 421 and 408. I went to upgrade the 408, instead it took the 421 (a bug).
Now, I had to wait many days for a generic response from him, saying it’s not possible to help (this is a copy paste, because I can see other people as far back as 2018 have complained about him just using the generic copy paste responses).
However, it IS possible. Because multiple people have received their weapons/trophies back, confirmed on US forums. Furthermore, I believe the ticket I then submitted is not being processed, it has said “9 days 12hr” for a week now.
Don’t know if it’s gross incompetence or a performance metric that makes Daerdrin behave in this way, all I know is that I have played this game for 15 years, and I have never been this close to quitting.
