Greetings everyone,
As a semi-long World of warcraft player sometimes i run into problems that i need to contact an agent regarding it and for doing so im forced to search every bit of contact support to find a section which has live chat on it.
Was wondering what would happen if blizzard creates an individual live chat section for the website or desktop app , it would decrease the hatred toward the game/company even for a little bit.
Atm my account got suspended for “Abusive chat” altho all i was doing was typing in trade city classic , made a ticket regarding it and blizzard hasnt replied back to my ticket yet , if there was a live chat things would have gone better for me or anyone else with my situation or anyone whom might have any question or problem.
