I played more than 7 years with my guild mates. A part of the guild can handle the heroic difficoult, and a part can’t. We did 12/12 hc on lich king, but now we strugle a bit. The more skillful part of the guild cleared the raids. But when we try to do alt runs with the less skillful guildmates we stuck. And also not that fun farm out the bis gear while we have to fully concentrate to the raid like we killed first time.
Any chance for bit more nerf for non raid main bosses for help gear up alts and less skillful guild mates?
