hi im having an issue trying to talk to the GM reguarding a refund that hasnt gone through.
i have spoken to multiple of them now and they all state paypal has issued a refund but when i challenge them due to the fact paypal hasnt they say they are unable to check payments.
whats the point in having them as support when they dont support?
i have sent proof paypal closed the case without issuing any refund and that my account shows no refund transactions on paypal but they have taken the game from my account and state i HAVE to repurchase it.
YOU ARE STEALING. you have stolen the money for the game from me and are unable to send me proof to bnack up the claim that paypal has refunded it yet i can send you as much proof as you like that they havent!!
what do i do?? i have tried everyway through the support section and always get landed with a GM that doesnt read my comment or look at the proof?
