Issues logging in

Hi there,

I’m sending this on behalf of my special needs son.

Starting about a year ago, the battlenet desktop app started asking him to authorise his login using the authenticator, he says that he never set anything like up. The mobile number tied to his account he no longer has access to and the same goes with the email address.
I’ve tried contacting Blizzard but had no response, he’s now had 2 payments coming out to pay for his subscription but has not been able to login and play his games.
I’m at the point now where I’m ready to just cancel the direct debit and tell him he’ll just have to play other games.
I’m resorting to posting on the forum in a last ditch effort to see if anyone on here has any ideas.

When did you submit the ticket ? the current response time is a lot longer than the day or two it normally takes… from what I have been reading in other forums, it is now approaching one week.
