Issues with submitting a support ticket and double purchase

Hi,

I went to buy 2400 coins from your store, but some how it’s gone through twice. the first time I did it, they didn’t actually add in, I only had around 800 and the payment page didn’t get a chance to load properly before putting me into the next game, so I assumed that the coins had not worked because the payment page didn’t load properly. Then I’ve just noticed I’ve got 5000 ish. Please can I get a refund as I’ve been charged twice?

I have been trying to submit this ticket online via chrome and even tried microsoft edge and the chrome one tells me there is a temporary issue non stop and the microsoft edge just circles round and round when I submit the ticket.

You can use this page to request a refund for the duplicate purchase and the support team will check into the eligibility of that request and then get back to you.
