I am writing to comment on a problem that has arisen a minute ago, and it is that suddenly the server took me out to the Character selection menu I left the game to enter again and see if I could access it, but after loading there is a screen black for a few seconds when my character shows me the selection screen, who is a level 19 almost 20 Sorceress, OnLine Softcore; It is no longer to say that she disappeared, and I do not know what could have happened to her.
Please could you solve this problem for me and return the PJ to me.

My character is also missing. Seems there might be an issue with battle.net. It took quite a while to load in.
Similarly all my characters are missing after login… (checked EU and US)
Is it a part of the update process? or should I log a ticket maybe?
There was a message about realm going down, could this be related to that? I also have empty character list.
upd: now they’re back
Can confirm, my character is back as well.
Did you guys log out and back in, or did you just wait for them to show?
