how the hell does blizzard not track this and have even promoted the top cheater to the leader of the immortals? its beyond embarrassing.
No, the leader of the immortals uses the hospital to level up faster in the diablo immortal.

You should be “careful” in identifying players… as in… don’t do it. Blizzard does not like “naming and shaming” and. depending on the circumstances, they may decide your post constitutes harassment… and may decide to penalize you.

Just thought I’d mention it… nobody like cheaters, but is it really worth losing your forum privileges over a report? Better do it like it says it should be done.
Agree with you completely. Basically, why doesn’t Blizzard allow the BOTA? and third-party software in pumping or in a rocking chair? there is NOTHING so bad about it!

It’s good that it was reported in-game… that is all that is needed.
Let Blizzard’s “Hacks Team”, or whatever they are called, do its work. Account penalties are usually applied in “waves”… don’t know when, and certainly not as fast as players would like it, but they usually get around to it.
In the case of Diablo Immortal… there are reports of botting all over… so let us hope that cheaters will get penalized at some time.
