Having an issue on EU servers this morning where (for both my other half and I) any new Legion Remix characters and not (ever) getting the Infinite Power buff. Also noticed that when taking with Moratari to skip the Dragonriding intro the expected portal to the Bazaar is not appearing.
Tested on 3 new toons across 2 accounts. We’ve chosen skip on the first quest and got the Artifact weapons. We’ve been to the Landing and talked with Moratari, gone to the Bazaar and talked with Eternus, accepted research quests and gone into the world. Multiple relogs and restarts, no sign of the buff or the portal.
I’d also created a new character late last night (before reset) and that got the buff as expected once I had the artifact, talked to Eternus and started research.
Are we missing something (from levelling blindness 
) or did something happen overnight? Couldn’t find any other posts.
