I successfully installed D2 and wanted to install the expansion LoD, too.
When executing the downloader for the installer I only get a message that says there is currently no download available.
I tried different localisations (deDE, enGB, enUS), but get the same result.
Installation of D2 worked fine, but LoD won’t download the installer.

How did you install D2 ? from the original CDs ?
I read (somewhere !) that you can’t mix and match… you can’t install D2 from the original CDs and LoD from the downloader.
I installed D2 and D2 LoD yesterday… I used this support note:
It’s not perfect, and I had some troubles running the updater for the most recent patches… but installing version 1.14b of Diablo II & LoD went without a hitch.
If you’re planning to uninstall Diablo II, make sure you make a copy of your saved files in :
C:\Users\YourUserName\Saved Games\Diablo II where you need to replace YourUserName by your windows username.
I installed D2 from the downloader, what worked like a charme. LoD just let me get the downloader, but not the installer. Seems like the target file is not available…
That’s odd… Don’t know then… sorry.
Would someone please be so kind and try to verify if the download is broken just for me or if it is a general problem on the server side?

I just downloaded the LoD installer from the link provided by Boubou, with no issues. Are you trying to install the Windows version or the Mac version?
