I did not get 4 packs for June, the game showed me the monthly rewards but the number of my packs remained the same cause I had a prepurchase, help???

It is possible though this was just a display issue, it happens sometimes that season rewards will display from a season you played in for one you didn’t receive any rewards for. So it can be confusing.
