I’ve been missing Skins on my account for a long time. I contacted Blizzard support, who said they couldn’t help me and encouraged me to post on forums.
This was a few months ago, and I’m still waiting for a response and a solution, and with skins now costing £17 in Overwatch 2, I’d think this is something that needs to be addressed.

Which forums did you post on ? I searched for it on the Americas region Overwatch English forum, the Europe region Overwatch English and French forums… there is no evidence that you ever visited those with the “Mcr33Tard” account you are writing with here.

The forum here is for suggestions and feedback on the Battle.Net Launcher… it’s not really suited for the type of issue you are writing about.

Not really… You have reported the bug in the Overwatch Bug Report forum as required.
That’s all one can do. Now you need to wait for Blizzard to fix the issue.
Keep an eye on the Overwatch 2 0 - Known Issues which is pinned at the top of the Bug Report forum for news.
If you want to start a new topic to discuss this with other players, you can do that on one of the Overwatch Discussion forums .
