set the scene: Wednesday Patch day! try posting 1015 Abyssal healing pots on main. “Internal Auction Error” so i send 975 to my alt. i only receive 480 on the alt. check main nothing. raise ticket only to be told by the GM that i only actually sent 480. i had 50 stacks in my main bags , my alt received 24 stacks the means i am missing 24 stacks of 20 potions. when i opened my mail box on my alt i had 4 mails. 2 of which had the attachments and the mail vanished after receiving the potions. and i have 2 mails left that have the title and says attachments but no actual potions. at the time the value of those lost items was 20,000g. And to be told i was wrong about how much i sent with no actual help is just terrible customer service. Now throw in the missing Gold from AH sales and this patch is starting to make the WoD launch seem faultless!!!
