Got multiple accs. Wanna play again. How to see chars on acc? Cant see char list ingame wouldnt log me in any further than telling me to PAY PAY PAY -.-

I assume that this is about World of Warcraft, in the future you can post questions about that game here instead of the Classic Games Tech Support forum.
In your case it would be best to contact our Customer Support directly to see if we can give you a day of game time for free. That will allow you to check which characters are on your account and you can decide afterwards if you want to buy game time or not.
