Temp solution that worked for me on pc from the uk was to get hotspot shield vpn, using the week free trail changing my server to new york went from 156kb/s back to my normal 14 mb/s hope this helps som,e peeps out there

@BedsideDonut thank you so much! I’ve had this 30Gb update downloading for the past 12hrs. I was stuck with 800Mb to go with speeds of 0Bytes to 200Kb/s. This free trial for Shield VPN worked straight away. Now I’m just hoping I can cancel the trial with no issues.
Holeeey shet thats ROTTEN had 10-50 kbps/failed downloads without VPN, turned it on and switched to north america and now im dowloading at 5-7 mbps without hickups. Scummy racists.
