I opened a ticket Ticket Number: EU81455455 and waiting in front of computer for 2 hours…
in my email it says that i have involved something like selling or buying gold. but in my entire life time i play wow, i never had more than 300k gold or never played the game for gold… everytime i do raiding or mythic plus casually for the achivements i want…
yesterday i played m+ with my guild members and i quit the game, in the morning my account was banned… if i dont remember wrong my character has like 39k or 50k gold right know… none of my characters has a job like herb or anything to make gold… i never had… never did boost people on dungeons or raids for money… never wanted or needed money actually… i dont play the game like that or for it. since 2004 i never had a warning or suspended or banned… i have never done something like that and i have no idea what is happening right now… please help me… i know i didnt do anything wrong to get banned or suspended… its for 6 months and i have no idea what i have done… i was just casually trying to complate my tier sets and trying to reach 2.5k in mythic plus dungeons… please help…

If you’ve opened a ticket to appeal your suspension, then that was the right thing (and the only thing) that you could do.
You will need to wait until Blizzard gets back to you… You may need to wait more than 24 hours.
Account issues cannot be resolved on the forums.

Thanks for the info, i did ticket to appeal for my suspension,i just dont understand that i have done nothing since 2004 and get this kind of ban from game for 6 monts…
Well… account penalties is not a topic that is supposed to be discussed on the forums.
My understanding is that the appeal process will have someone else (ie, not involved with your current suspension) review the data and either uphold or cancel the suspension. Even if the suspension is upheld, Blizzard will not provide details of what you did wrong… for example, they won’t say that on such a date, you did X. That, I’m told, they never do.
I guess I should point out that this forum is for technical support on the Classic Games, such as Diablo II (2000) and Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, and on the Battle.Net Desktop App. World of Warcraft has its own forums here: https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/. (I am unsure whether you can use the WoW forums during your suspension).
