My account was stolen

My account was stolen, and blizzard easily gave it to an attacker.

It all started ~3 weeks ago, in the game I saw a request about the theft of the account.
It was done by an attacker. I did not see it in the list of tickets on my account, so he did it through the function of restoring a stolen account.
I immediately contacted support, where they assured me that there was nothing to be afraid of. Let me clarify right away, I did not transfer the account to anyone, I followed all the security recommendations. I had an authenticator and a phone. But this did not help at all, they just reset them.

The reason for the hack, as I think, is that the old email contained personal data (photo of passport) and the number and code of the authenticator (and the old one at that).
I restored access to the old email, but the attacker indicated a different email on the account.

I thought okay, because I can provide new photos of documents as proof. I write to support about the loss, answer questions about the loss, provide an ID (passport) with a newspaper.

They return access, I think I’ll come after work to finish everything. I come home, and there is no access again, the attacker changed the email again.

I don’t understand what’s going on anymore. Now Blizzard is taking a very long time to respond. I doubt they will respond.

They gave me a terrible anniversary of the game. More than 10 years of active play were simply stolen. I will never be able to make up for it. I am already in despair, because no one can or wants to help me.

I hope that the employees will pay attention to this.
