My Blizzard account was hack and email changed

Hi there,

I got an email this morning that my Blizzard e-mail account has been changed. I have evidence of purchases on the account and previous transactions. But my issue is, I can’t log in to place a ticket as the email has been changed. Then when I go to try make a new Blizzard account (like this one) it asks for my ID, not certain how to seek help from another account for my other account. Please help.
