When you are going to fix the problem with win/loses in profile.
When I changed the region from Europe to Americas played 2 games and then go back to Europe my stats were lost and it shows me the loses from Americas despite I am in Europe. It doesn’t count now my wins and loses . It stays like permanent like this no matter if i win or lose in Europe! I deleted the game and install it , same bug. Went back to Americas, then tried even Asia but nothing is changing.

WarCraft Reforged. I wrote about this problem in the forum of the game couple of times but nobody is responding there. Found same topics from other players that have been opened in february and still nobody respond them too , thats why I decide to write here.

This forum is for technical support on the Legacy Games — very old games such as Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. There aren’t many W3R players that come here… and since the takeover by Microsoft at the end of January 2024, there haven’t been many posts by Blizzard.
I don’t play W3R, so I cannot say whether the issues in your profile are “normal” (ie, that’s the way it works) or whether it is a bug… I can’t even tell you whether that’s something that can be fixed by Blizzard Customer Support.
If you think it’s a bug, you can try posting in the W3R Bug Report forum:
I also checked the menus for the support ticket section and there doesn’t seem to be anything in there related to the W3R profile… that may mean that Customer Support wouldn’t be able to help you.

I haven’t seen a solution for this problem either. Seems like a bug perhaps. This thread might add some insight:
