My subscription stoped

Hello
All of a sudden it say i dont have a game subscription active on my wow account. My visa card is still valid and active and it have money on it. I have checked bank and no problem there. So there were no reson for it to stop all of a sudden. When i try to set up sub again with the card its not working.
When i try to follow your troubleshooting by deleting all my paying methods before using card again it wont let me, everytime i try to remove paying method it goes in to error and “try again” etc.

We would also advise removing your VISA card then make sure to reattach your card after removing everything, try the payment again after this.

It could also be a browser issue if it continues.

I have solved the problem my self. The thing whas that my Visa card whas about to expire this month and thats why it dident work. I am getting a new card in a few days. Dident find any information on that on the subscription page. Either i missed it or you mabey need to put it up there that that can creat problems.
