I need to remove authanticor from another account but only option shows using security code which I dont have please help

I think you should contact Blizzard Support with a ticket – account issues cannot be resolved on the forums.
- First, log out from the forums – click on your name at in the top right corner and select Log Out;
- Go to this webpage: https://account.battle.net/recovery/en/?ref=https://eu.battle.net/support/en/&theme=blizzard
- Click on “Remove Authenticator” to start the process – you will need to provide your other account’s e-mail.
Expect to be asked A LOT of questions… the authenticator is a very important part of protecting a player’s account… for example, see this topic.

I wrote ticket then mail came from noreply@blizzard.com but looks like scam It says I am game master koorealeeg and with some emoji kinda things I couldnt trust
