New patch causing latency on OW2 Oceania servers

Since the last patch Oceania servers or specifically AUSTRALIAN servers, latency has been between 150-200ms. Why is it every time theres a patch Australian servers seem to get screwed over for? Oceania has most of the population, why nust we ALWAYS suffer at the hands of patch issues and latency issues? fix the dam problem blizzard and OWN IT
