No communication from blizzard, i would like some answers

I have been an overwatch player since overwatch 1. I like to say that i am a chill person that does not want conflicts or arguments. I only like to play the game. since i started playing i have had 1 silence and thats it (3 years ago, which was correct). Since i converted from playstation to computer i haven’t been the best player since im not accustomed to mouse and keyboard. My perfomance caused some of my teammates to call me names and stuff, but i ignored most of it. After numerous ‘kill yourself’ and other stuff i haven’t joined vc since. I hoped since I wasn 't able to hear them it would be fine. But no. i got silenced for some reason. After the silence i got silenced again. I opened a ticket in the hopes of knowing what i actually did wrong, but got an AI generated response which didnt give me any answers. Fast forward a week and now my account is suspended. I cannot log in and when i try to log in it says : account has been suspended check your email. I have not recieved an email. Now i really hoped that overwatch 2 was going well, but after all the incidents that have happened since the conversion of overwatch 1 to 2 i am starting to think i should quit this game for good. i really want to either speak with a HUMAN, or i want another AI generated answer which does give me answers. Is it possible to speak with someone? Or do i have to open another support ticket? They say that opening a ticket too many times will cause them to ignore it.

Writing here won’t bring your answers because account penalties are never discussed publicly. If you want to appeal your ban, you have one chance to do so in the form of a ticket to get someone to check the related case.

Also, this forum is only meant for collecting feedback on the Battle.net launcher app.

The only way to appeal a ban or silence is via a support ticket, you should have received an email informing you of your ban.

There is an Overwatch forum but it’s against the rules to discuss any disciplinary action.

This forum is for feedback about the Desktop Battle Net app. It’s not a Customer Support forum, it’s not a specific game forum either.
