I know the forum is not the right place to discuss this, but I am a little desperate. My account got banned and after opening a ticket I have just received a common bot generated answer. I am really anaware what I have done, as I have created my account a month ago and just played normally with my friends. Rarely interacted with other players. I am not able to open the closed ticket regarding my ban, as I cannot access to my account. Can someone please help me what I can do further, so that the issue is solved and I can again enjoy the game?

You should have received an e-mail from Blizzard on the e-mail you used to log into your banned account – check your wastebasket and spam folders if you haven’t.
That e-mail will list, in general terms, the reason for the ban.
At this time, you can only appeal the ban if you think it’s a mistake… looks like you’ve already done that.
If your game license is banned, and if the ban is not overturned, the only way you will play the game again is to re-purchase it. If your license is only silenced or suspended, then you will be able to play when your account penalty is lifted.
Nothing can be done on the forums… you will need to contact Blizzard. You have received an answer by Blizzard on your other post, informing you how you can contact Customer Support.
