Normal NPC scaling TTK

My ilvl is 565, I’m playing BM hunter, my rotation is fine, and I know we’re just into a new expansion where we’re all at the lower end of gearing vs mobs BUT, the mob scaling and TTK is over-tuned ATM IMO. It just feels like a drag to play against normal NPCs, even the weakest normal NPC’s that come in multiples are taking too long to die, they should be almost 1 hit, but I find it’s taking up to 4 or more kill command to take them out.

This needs to be looked at, my gut feel is that despite the numbers shown on the recent character level/gear vs TTK adjustments made in the recent hotfix, there’s something else now at play that affects level 80 players with decent gear.

Are we all going to have to be circa ilvl 600 just to start being able to nearly 1 shot the weakest normal NPCs? If so, that will just make questing boring and annoying.

Please take a look and test this Devs, it doesn’t feel quite right/balanced yet.
