Not a single blue post or Twitter update on the darn launcher problem

Seriously been in queue for almost 5 hours now because I wanted to play a round of Battlegrounds, can’t find a single piece of information anywhere about what the heck is going on with your services. Speak up please Blizzard, customers are angry…

there is a BIG square in the battlenet app on the left that says that they know there is an issue and that they are working hard to solve it. What more information do you need? lol

We do try to keep the players updated on known issues via the Breaking News section on the site and in the launcher itself.

You can also check out the Twitter as we keep that updated also.
