Overwatch 2 - can't purchase Reinhard Mythic skin, gives purchase error

I tried purchasing the Reinhard Mythic skin but it gives me a purchase error.
Tried purchasing each level individual as well as the full set and it gives the error either way.

Yes I have the 80 blue mythic prisms for it.
And I also purchased the battlepass (not sure if I need to achieve/unlock a certain level through the battlepass but it’s NOT stated anywhere).
