Someone has done a bug on tiktok and needs to be banned due to them not paying for the rose gold mercy and not even doing it for charity

And you shouldn’t name or otherwise identify a player on the forums – that could be considered harassment and, if so, you’re the one that could be punished. I think you should remove the tiktok identifier from your post.
If you think that this “someone” is hacking or somehow benefitting from a bug in Overwatch… you can alert Blizzard as indicated in this Support article:
