Overwatch "applying update" into "unknown error (0)"

tried playing overwatch, was constantly turning off my pc for no reason, updated bunch of stuff now just gives error after applying update. if i try loading into a game it just kicks me with an error and i get a ban.
if I try loadign into practice range, i get an unknown error.

it’s not overheating
all drivers are updated
bios updated
EVERYTHING updated (except maybe really niche stuff, but stuff like directx and visual c++ are updated)
ive verified game files
clean reinstall multiple times (uninstall, restart pc, install)

please help, i got the same response like 42 times from blizzard (2 times)

Perhaps he/she was referring to the Battle.Net Desktop Tech Support forum

or its Bug Report forum
