Hello, this is my first post and I’m sorry I’ve only come on here to complain but I’m at my wits end. I’ve played Overwatch since the beta and quite honestly it’s one of the most fun games I’ve played, and it’s not split into paid DLC, which as an old school gamer I will alway be thankful for. The game has grown and changed over the years to some of which I’ve agreed with, and to some I haven’t but I still could see the logic in the changes. Now Role queue is out I haven’t really played DPS due to queue times, now there’s new mechanics coming like hero pools etc but what are you doing to improve queue times? I assure you there would be less negativity about hero buff, nerfs and metas if you didn’t have to wait 20 minutes a game and then some one leaves after 20 seconds. It’s been 5 months now and I’ve seen you buff and nerf the entire cast in some way or another. Now plans on withholding heroes for a week are being implemented but what about queue times which imo are way more important than can I/we pick Baptise or whoever. Anyway thanks you Jeff and your entire team for such a great game and also keeping your promise on DLC and I look forward to playing Overwatch 2.
