Hey! so I recently Updated my AMD R5 Dual Processors (AMD R5 Graphics, AMD R5 M330) and after updating them my fps in Overwatch went so badly like 30 Or 25 in Training Range and I checked why then I saw overwatch using CPU (%100 - %99 Usage) and my GPU (%15 - %6) usage was so low can you help me to fix my problem the game is litteraly unplayable 
My Processor is AMD A8-7410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics 2.20 GHz
My total RAM is 8 GB
My computer is x64 bit
and I am using Windows 10
