You must stop kicking out players for being afk after 10 seconds when they haven’t joined the game since the beginning. It 's already very annoying joining a game that has already started. Some of us make use of the time needed to find a match to do something else, like go drinking some water. In these cases of replacing bots/leavers the time is much shorter because you don’t select a map. Therefore, by the time i hear the sound of countdown, i have to select a hero and then walk ALL the distance to get out of the spawn and shoot at something. WITHOUT REASON!!! Please fix that
