PC. Call of Duty Modern Warfare. Crash Americas Region.

On blizzard, Where I chooses the REGION and then PLAY, if I select my AMERICAS region (I’m from Mexico), the game starts, and after a few seconds the game crash., I get a popup with the error code:
(0x00000001430001647517525 0xc0000005 ModernWarfare.exe)
If I select Europe the game works, it doesn’t crash, but I can’t see my blizzard friends, I can only see my ACTIVISION friends. I can’t see friend or game invites, or chats from blizzard in the game.
If I start with another account, and I try to play Warzone (free game) I can play in the AMERICAS REGION, without any problem.
Note:
I already reinstalled everything new.
Windows 10 pro with all its updates.
Reinstall Call of Duty Modern Warfare., And scan and repair.
The latest drivers for my Nvidia 1080 video card.
Restart my modem.
And I still have that problem.
