soooo, long story short I can’t log in because my authenticator is on my phone that is broken so I can’t start it.
I want to get my account back but I am unable to access my authenticator. But I registered with a false first name a false date a birth. is there any way for me to get my account back without fixing my phone? The account is: Epic#22951

Considering your description of the situation I am afraid the only solution would be to have the Authenticator removed by one of or Game Masters. To do so you’ll just need to open up a ticket via this form 
here is the weird thing. I can only use the authenticator code
You should be able to still open a contact with our Game Master team without the need to login to an account. When prompted, click the button stating “Continue without logging in” and that should allow for the ticket to be made.
