People are constantly being shown as being in the ocean somewhere off Darkshore, Desolace or above Tirisfal Glades. It has been like this for over a month on both era and anniversary.

You can report bugs in WoW using the in-game feature…
In that case I’d like to propose that the party member indicators on the map be moved into the correct locations.
(I submitted a bug report weeks ago)
