I wish to recover an old WoW account ( Burning Crusade era, prior to the BattleNet system ). I cannot for my life figure out how to do it with the standard support page so I figured I would hop on the forum.
To identify the account, I can give informations like the email used on the account, the time the account was active, character informations on the account, what kind of payment was done…

this is the classic games tech support forum, not the world of warcraft forum. post your problem on the world of warcraft forum instead. though you will most likely need to open a ticket for this issue.
You can only post on the Wow forum if you have a lvl 10 character, which I do not have on this account. How can I open a ticket ? I feel really stupid but I can’t figure it out
click the support tab to the right of the forum. you could easily upgrade a character to level 10 however.
