I have had my account from 2006 till now(played vanilla wow , classic wow , d2r ,d3 and d4).I hadnt logged in for quite some time and had issues logging in. I changed my acc password and now my account is like a brand new one- no friends present in the friend list(my acc is gone from my cousins fr list!?!?) and i cant play my diablo games. Support hasnt responded to my ticket. If anyone had a similar issue can they share how and if they fixed it?
Contacting Support was likely the good thing to do… Issues with the account cannot be resolved on the forums.
Assuming you did get a ticket number… you’re in a queue and will need to wait for your turn to come up.
