You may need to restart / exit from BNet completelyâŚ

Hi, I had the exact same issue, couldnât connect to my EU account, and was only able to connect to US servers. so went into the WOW folder and launched the wow.exe file, logged in old school. however battle.net was still an issue - redownloaded the battle.net desktop app, uninstalled the Battle.net app, re-installed it from scratch⌠ALL sorted.
seems like it is a battle.net app issue not a game issue per-say
Same problem here. Canât get into the account all day. Just being offered the chance to create new characters and I am told I am on a US account instead of EU. Help!
