I have a problem with my character Mousxaar he is on Twisting Nether server , he got stuck in the graphics of the game and when i log in i got disconnected instantly ! Please help me!

i have the same problem… i cant see my chars in the same server

You should be able to use the Character Unstuck workflow on our support page to move them to a safe location (usually the Hearthstone location): https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/32275

Should the self-service option not help then please open a ticket to Customer Support.
