I dont remember my old password for my old account, my english isnt perfect and i wait what i can doing. Now i try write to support for help with recovery my old account. I remember my old email, mobile number, adress. Maybe is problem when i dont remember my security answer… But, i try write to support, because online chat dont work. When i dont have battle.net account i muss send everytime new ticket and every time answer another admin. All want again, again, again same bullshit. Ist 14 days and i have nothing. Only answer from 6-10 admin. When i have choice to write only with email adress, not battlenet account, why admins team dont smart, cant find with my email adress all my answers?
Is it fixed? Did they fix it if so how long did it take for them to respond and then take action?
