I have a problem with my first historical bnet account with which I mainly played starcraft 2 from 2010 onwards.
The aforementioned account is linked to a yahoo email that got eliminated due to inactivity and therefore I can no longer access it since I also changed computers and formatted the old one. I think the last times I played sc2 were last summer, at least consistently. I often played with a certain Belphegor who unfortunately, peace be upon him, has not been able to log into battlenet since then.
My starcraft nickname on that account is madMax, the same one I am using now on this account from where I am writing to you.
I humbly ask for help in recovering my old account, from which I had opened a ticket I don’t know how many years ago sending copies of my ID: obviously I can provide documents for identity verification. Can I say the email associated with the account or is private contact preferable?
