Hi, I am having difficulties trying to log in through the Battle.net app only on my PC. I have no problems on the web and mobile devices. I have already contacted support, and they asked me to open a topic here on the forum.
If anyone kindly knows how this problem can be resolved, I would be extremely grateful, as I have been unable to access my account for several weeks, unfortunately.

Not sure how you ended up here, but… this forum is for feedback and suggestions on the Battle.Net Desktop App for the Europe region. Blizzard does not reply here often.
There is a post similar to yours on the US region Desktop App Tech Support forum… here:
There are several topics in that forum about that error… haven’t seen yet anything posted by Blizzard… but I’ve only opened the last 10 or 15 topics on that.
There is some troubleshooting you can try here:
I suggest that you post on the US region forum, in that topic I linked above… since your battletag shows that your home region is America.
