I am trying to procces a refund request like 1 hour ago now and it gets stuck at ‘‘we are proccesing your request. Dont close this page, we will inform you when this is over’’ (more or less, I’m spanish and the message is on spanish). Weirdly enough, the page only goes slow when I get in the refund section.
It appears that whatever was causing the issue was resolved as the refund was submitted the next day.
In these cases, it could have been a browser Cache issue, or your Security software blocking the workflow from processing the refund.
