Yesterday I purchased Warcraft 3:Reforged and after my purchase was ‘Pending’ for several hours it just disappeared from my account page.
I can’t find a record of the purchase anywhere and I can’t download the game but the money is taken out of my account.
(Paid with iDeal).
Anyone any ideas?

Try creating a support ticket under payments (high priority) and attach a photo with the receipt of the payment from your email or iDeal online page statement.
If the money is gone there is a statement for it.
That’s what I would do.
