Race swap tocken shows only dwarf race available for my character

I bought race swap token to swap race on my Shaman, Siili. So, the steps I do:

  1. I went to char selection screen
  2. Selected a tocken
  3. Selected Shaman with nickname Siili I want to swap race
  4. Confirmed race swap
  5. Confirmed race swap in the dialogue
  6. I was taken to the race selection screen, where a single avaiable race is a dwarf

For my mage it works fine. But why my shaman has only dwarf option?
