I was in the QUEUE for a ranked game not a match and got disconnected by the game only to load back on to see I was banned for a whole season this is completely unfair and I and anyone else it has affected should get the penalty removed and this bug should be fixed. I have a picture of the disconnected message but am unsure how to upload a photo to this.

Account penalties cannot be resolved on the forums… you need to take it up with Blizzard Customer Support with a ticket. You can do so by using the link here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/product/services/316/2011
Be aware that the ticket wait time is very long at the moment… a week response time is not unusual.
