Dunno if this is the right place or not.
Sent a support ticket to Blizzard but they gave me a pre-written basic response that doesn’t help me at all, it says on the reply that if I’m still having issues I can re-open the ticket but there is no clear way in which to do that, how do you re-open a support ticket?
