first server start 40min later then others and now cannot make a char ? why you pay for that game when you guys didn`t finish your job properly?
Don’t even try to create a character or play the game now. I played for those 40 minutes, clicked save and exit and now my character is gone, as well as my brother’s.
Imagine working on a game that has been completed for 20 years, your only job is to make is look nicer and you manage to do such a poor job you even leave out certain functions of the game such as the Ladder. And at the end of the day, you ask for $40. Unbelieveable. In addition to all of that, they promoted the pre-purchase with open beta, but nowhere did I read the beta will be only for 2 days, lmao. I played the game 15 years ago, even have the CD key in my battle.net profile and was not selected for Alpha. They’d rather select those monkeyheaded twitchers rather than true fan base players. Disgusting.

You characters are saved, this happened to me as well. At some point battlenet will be able to retreive your save game.
