Redeemed Game Code but Game not available or showing

I bought a GPU that gave me a code to redeem with you for COD Modern Warfare which then gave me the 16 character game code for battle.net.

I redeemed that and it stated the game was activated against my account. However I’m only given the option to ‘buy’ the game. I can’t download or install it.

I submitted a support ticket nearly 72 hours ago and still haven’t heard anything back.

Same as me, I redeemed a Bo4 game code and it happened the same as you

yo bro, sorry this is a bit late.
I’m having the exact same thing, just redeemed a code bo4 but still says I need to purchase it.
did you ever find a solution?
